Unlike many retailers we offer free ground shipping with no minimum purchase requirements. Regardless of how little or how much you spend you will never pay for ground shipping.

We know that you are anxious to receive your purchase. We ship all purchases within two business days and we will email you your tracking information. Orders placed on the weekend or on Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

RETURNS

We are one of the few online shops that offer both free shipping and free returns. We want you to shop with confidence at Closet Barcode. We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of your order.

To initiate a return just email us at thadmin@closetbarcode.com and we will email you a pre-paid return label with instructions. It’s really that simple! And no, we won’t deduct this charge from your refund – when we say “Free Returns” we mean it is really free.

Any product when returning must meet the following conditions: unworn, unwashed, and must have manufacturing tags attached (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.

Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding returns:

  1. Do I get a refund or only store credit? When making a return we will refund your total to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit.
  2. How long does it take to process a return? When we receive your return please allow five to seven days to receive your refund back on your original payment method.
  3. What am I able to return? Anything – including sale items! We only carry tops and handbags and both may be returned.
  4. What if my item doesn't fit? No worries. Simply contact us either by phone or email for a free pre-paid return label. We will gladly exchange the item if the size you need is in stock. If the size you need is no longer in stock we will refund your purchase price. 
  5. What if I don't like the product when I receive it? We understand that these things happen and we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you decide that the product isn't what you had expected contact us for a free pre-paid return label and instructions and we will refund you the amount. 

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED

We hate making mistakes and it makes us sad.

If the product you receive is damaged or not the product you ordered email us at thadmin@closetbarcode.com or call us toll free at 1-844-266-2633 for instructions. We will request that you send the product back and we will issue you a refund and refund the return shipping cost.
