WHAT ABOUT OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
This one is tough. We work closely with independent designers who create fabulous pieces in very limited quantities. Often our buyers are only able to secure a handful of pieces in each size. When an item is out of stock we are unable to order more.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS?
We are located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. All of our orders are shipped from our offices within two business days.
ARE YOU ABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
Unlike many retailers we offer free ground shipping with no minimum purchase requirements. Regardless of how little or how much you spend you will never pay for ground shipping!
We know that you are anxious to receive your purchase. We ship all purchases within two business days and we will email you your tracking information. Orders placed on the weekend or on Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
AM I ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
Shop with confidence at Closet Barcode. Closet Barcode wants you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the size you ordered does not fit properly we will gladly exchange for a different size if it is in stock. Remember to read the size chart included on each posting. All original manufacturing tags (if applicable) and Closet Barcode store tags must be intact. If we receive the item back with any tags missing we cannot accept the return. Items returned to us must be in the same condition in which it was shipped to you. If the size you need is no longer in stock we will issue you a full refund.
Nothing is more disappointing when you open your package only to realize that it isn't quite what you had expected. We work hard to make sure our photos are true representations of the product and that the quality meets our standards. However, we realize these things happen (it happens to us to) and if you find you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within our 30-day return window and we will issue you a full refund.

If the product you receive is damaged or not the product you ordered email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free at 1-844-266-2633 for instructions. We will request that you send the product back and we will issue you a refund and refund the return shipping cost.

We work with many different designers and labels and each have their own sizing specifications. As a result we have taken the time to include exact measurements for each product within the listing. Simply compare sizes of one of your garments with the sizes listed in the product details page to compare fit.
